Chapter VII
The Council

ARTICLE 22.
The council shall act as community representatives at congress or
convention. The council shall review the direction and plan of the
community that the congress decides. The council shall consist of at least 9 members, to be elected from the congress, for 3-year term. The terms of the Council shall end and its successors shall then begin.

ARTICLE 23.
The community council shall elect the Executive Committee and the Ethic and Internal Resolution Committee among its members and must be by the will of the majority. - The council shall meet on a quarterly or 3-month basis. - Regular meetings of the council shall convene at the request of 2/3 (two-third) majority of the Council members or the Executive Committee members.

Chapter VIII
The Executive Committee

ARTICLE 24.
The Executive Committee shall be the highest component or structure
to coordinate the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community. The Executive Committee shall execute the direction and plan of the community that congress adopts.

The Executive Committee coordinates and manages the daily operation and activities of the community.

The Executive Committee shall be composed of at least 5 members, which will be elected from the council in conformity to Article III, for 3-year terms. The terms of the Executive Committee shall end and its successors shall then begin.

ARTICLE 25.
The Executive Committee shall be lead by the Executive Director, two
Deputy Directors, Secretary, Branch Coordinators, Provincial/City
and Oversea Presidents. The Executive Committee shall meet
regularly at the end of the month, and shall hold special meetings
as needed. ARTICLE 26. No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of Kampuchea
Krom, or person born to either parent of Khmer Kampuchea Krom,
shall be eligible to the Office of Executive Director.

ARTICLE 27.
A quorum required for the Executive Committee meetings shall be 2/3 (two-third) of its composition.ARTICLE 28. Decisions must be approved by the will of the majority (or 50 + 1) of present Executive Committee members in the meeting.

Chapter IX
Ethic and Internal Resolution Committee

ARTICLE 29.
The Ethic and Internal Resolution Committee shall be elected from the community council. The election shall be cast by the will of the majority (or 50 + 1).

ARTICLE 30.
The Ethic and Internal Resolution Committee shall be composed of 5 members, President, Vice President, Secretary, and two members.

ARTICLE 31.
The responsibilities of the Ethic and Internal Resolution Committee
shall define ethical conduct and rules on resolving conflicts for the community. Receive complaints filed by community members, to determine the nature of complaints, and to resolve these complaints.
