Chapter II
Purpose-Direction-Responsibilities

ARTICLE 5.
Purpose
The Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community advances its ideal struggle in conformity to national and international laws so that the Khmer Kampuchea Krom people achieve full right and freedom as the original owner of land and water territories of Kampuchea Krom.

ARTICLE 6. Objectives
To represent the will of Khmer Kampuchea Krom citizens in conformity to the principle of human rights and democracy.A peaceful struggle for human rights, freedom, language, religion, arts and cultures, and Khmer Kampuchea Krom tradition with conformity to national and international laws as original and rightful owner of all land and water territories of Kampuchea Krom. A non-violent intervention in discriminatory acts on behalf of the Khmer Kampuchea Krom citizens.To generate funds through foundations to develop human resources, educate and bring awareness to Khmer Kampuchea Krom, preserve national language, religion, arts and culture, and Khmer tradition.To research and publish history of Kampuchea Krom.To foster relationships with national and international communities

.ARTICLE 7. Responsibilities
1- To execute plans as outlined by Congress

2- To foster relationships with government, national and international communities to facilitate, develop programs and collect and resolve problems faced by the Khmer Kampuchea Krom.

Chapter III
Membership

ARTICLE 8.
Membership
The Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community is an equal opportunity community. Khmer citizens of both genders shall become members of the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community without political or religious discrimination.

ARTICLE 9. Membership of the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community shall be
defined as five types:1. Founding Members
2. Honorary Members
3. Active Member
4. Supporting Members
5. Inactive Members

ARTICLE 10. Founding members are original members, who shared common ideas
and forged that ideas to establish the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community.

ARTICLE 11.
Honorary members are renowned individuals that established their
reputation through national and international arenas or individuals that serve the Khmer interest for motherland Kampuchea Krom.

ARTICLE 12.
Active members are members that persevere to serve, in all forms,
with courage and loyalty to the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community.

ARTICLE 13. Supporting members provide material forms or financial supports to
the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community.

ARTICLE 14.
Inactive members give strength, but are unable to actively participate in community activities.
