PREAMBLE
Having seen tht the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia
recognizes and respects the rights of her citizens according
to the principle of liberal democracy and pluralism and
progress in the world.
Whereas the trend of human
rights and democracy at this presence had and is progressing
noticeably and mankind understands and demands the basic
rights and freedom.
Whereas this new millennium of the Christian era the
year 2000, every citizen of the Khmer Kampuchea Krom
must unite with resolute will to exist along side the
world’s evolution that We, the Khmer Kampuchea
Krom, are entitled to basic
human rights and freedom like all mankind.
Therefore, We, the Khmer Kampuchea Krom people, having
origin in Kampuchea Krom, from all walks of life throughout
the globe’s corner, establish the Khmer Kampuchea
Krom Community that is an independent community and
shall have no political affiliation. This community
shall represent the will of the Khmer Kampuchea Krom
in its struggle to achieve complete and full rights,
and freedom for the citizens of Kampuchea Krom in conformity
to national and international laws, Charter of United
Nations, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Covenant
and Convention related to Human Rights, Women’s
and Children’s Rights to which all mankind are
entitled.
With This Resolute Will
We inscribe the following as the Bylaws of
the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community. |
