The Khmer Kampuchea Krom monk was wounded in the eyes
by the Cambodian authorities during the walk to deliver the petition
from the Vietnamese Embassy to Cambodia to the Embassy of
United States of America to Cambodia in Phnom Penh last year
appealing for human and religious rights in Kampuchea Krom.
