The Buddhist Ceremony to Honor the Spirits of the late Bhikkhu Dhamma Pandito Maha Thach Hoang Lin (aka Thach Chanthy) and Thach Samith (aka Sok Samrith), former Buddhist monk, in Phnom Penh on December 10. Event took place at the Monk Residence Number 13 within the compound of Wat Maha Montrei.
