ថ្ងៃនេះ ខ្ញុំព្រះករុណាខ្ញុំ បានរៀបចំធ្វើពិធីបុណ្យទក្ខិណានុប្បទានជាខួបគម្រប់១០០ថ្ងៃជូនវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធលោកឪពុកបង្កើតរបស់ខ្ញុំ។ ខ្ញុំសូមថ្លៃងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះញាតិមិត្តជិតឆ្ងាយដែលអញ្ជើញចូលរួមនិងបានជួយជ្រោមជ្រែងឱ្យកម្មវិធីបុណ្យកតវេទិនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅប្រកបដោយកុសលចេតនាយ៉ាងរីករាយក្រៃលែង។ ដោយអំពើជាកុសលចេតនានេះ ខ្ញុំសូមឧទ្ទិសកុសលទាំងនេះជូនលោកឪពុក លោកម្តាយ ដែលជាអ្នកមានគុណដ៏ឧត្តុង្គឧត្តម យោងយកកំណើតកើតនៅឋានបរមសុខកុំបីខាន និងសូមគោរពជូនពរញាតិមិត្តជិតឆ្ងាយទាំងអស់ ដែលអញ្ជើញចូលរួមដោយផ្ទាល់ក្តី ពីចម្ងាយក្តី ជួយជាកម្លាំងក្តី ជាថវិកាក្តី សូមទទួលបាននូវសិទ្ធិសេរីភាពពេញបរិបូរណ៍ រួចចាកផុតទុក្ខទោសទាំងពួង ព្រមទាំងបានប្រកបទៅដោយពុទ្ធពរទាំង៤ប្រការគឺអាយុ វណ្ណៈ សុខៈ ពលៈ កុំបីឃ្លៀងឃ្លាតឡើយ។

KKCក្រោយពីបង្ក្រាបចលនាបះបោរស្រួលបួលហើយ ព្រះបាទ ស្រីសុរិយោពណ៌ ទ្រង់បានបញ្ជាឲ្យគេសង់ព្រះរាជវាំងនៅល្វាឯម ដែលត្រូវនឹងទីតាំងវត្តអរិយក្សត្រសព្វថ្ងៃ ហើយក៏គ្រងរាជ្យនៅទីនោះពីគ.ស.១៦០៣ ដល់ គ.ស.១៦១៣ ក្នុងព្រះជន្មាយុ ៦០វស្សា។ អំឡុងពេលនោះព្រះអង្គទ្រង់បានទទួលមន្ត្រីទូតមកពីប្រទេសហូឡង់ ដែលធ្វើដំណើរឆ្លងកាត់នគរខ្មែរក្នុងគោលបំណងទៅរាជាណាចក្រជប៉ុន។
រូបគំនូរនេះទំនងជាគូរដោយជនជាតិហូឡង់គ្រាដែលពួកគេត្រូវព្រះមហាក្សត្រខ្មែររាជានុញ្ញាតឲ្យចូលជួបសម្ដែងការគួរសម ហើយវាគឺជាឯកសារដ៏កម្របំផុតបង្ហាញពីរាជវាំងខ្មែរនា ស.វទី១៧ មុនប្ដូរទៅតាំងទីនៅ ឧត្តុង្គ៕

- Advisor of the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Relief Association, 1994
- Founder of the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Human Rights and Development Association, 1994
- Flees Kampuchea Krom (South Vietnam) after prison release and leaving behind family to resettle in Phnom Penh until his death, 1993
Life in the Vietnamese communist and Republic of Vietnam prisons
- 23 May 1983 to 27 July 1988 Preah Trapeang provincial prison
- 1975 to 1978 Ben Gia prison, Preah Trapeang province, Kampuchea Krom
After release, Mr. Lam Soung works closely with the Khmer heroic Buddhist monk, Ven. Ghanda Dhammo Kim Toc Chon, president of the Khmer Kampuchea Krom United Buddhist Monks Association. - In 1969 Mr. Lam Soung marries Miss Tran Thi Keo, who is also from the same hometown.
- 1969 Ven. Lam Soung leaves monkhood.
- 1968 Free Vietnam (Republic of South Vietnam) imprisons Ven. Lam Soung, who is vice president in charge of Pali language of the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Buddhist Movement.
- 1961 Ven. Lam Soung returns to his temple, Thkov Buddhist Temple, and opens Buddhist primary school, where he also teaches.
- In 1956 holds position of Secretary at the Buddhist Institute in Khleang provincial capital, the institute’s president is The Most Venerable Nanna Kosal Chheun [Chhin?] and Mr. Lam Em is responsible for general oversee.
The main Buddhist Institute is in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.
- 1950 at age 19, Mr. Lam Soung ordains as a Bikkhu [Buddhist Monk] in Thkov Buddhist Temple, in Thkov district, Preah Trapeang, Kampuchea Krom, his birth place. The young Bikkhu receives permission from temple’s abbot to study Buddhism in Phnom Penh in the same year.
The late Mr. Lam Soung borns in the eras of French colonialists colonize Cambodia and Kampuchea Krom by renaming the latter to French Cochinchina. He lives through many colonial and imperial regimes.
He did not live to see the yet free Kampuchea Krom.

Prime Minister of Cambodia, Human Rights and Democratic Activist, Underground dissident during colonial France colonized Cambodia and Kampuchea Krom.
VN persecuted in Kampuchea Krom.

វីរបណ្ឌិត សឺន ង៉ុក ថាញ់ កើតនៅព.ស.២៤៥២ គ.ស.១៩០៨ និងស្លាប់ក្នុងព.ស.២៥២១ គ.ស.១៩៧៧ នៅក្នុងគុកជីវ៉ា Chí Hòa របស់បក្សកុម្មុយនិស្តយួន។ លោកធ្លាប់ធ្វើជាអតីតនាយករដ្ឋមន្រី្តខ្មែរ រយៈពេលខ្លី ក្នុងព.ស.២៤៨៩ គ.ស.១៩៤៥ សម័យអាណានិគមបារាំង និងព.ស.២៥១៦ គ.ស.១៩៧២ ក្នុងសម័យសាធារណរដ្ឋខ្មែរ ហើយក៏ជាអតីតប្រមុខចលនាខ្មែរសេរី និងកងកម្លាំងពិសេសខ្មែរ និងជាអ្នកបានបង្កើតសារព័ត៌មានជាភាសាខ្មែរមុនដំបូងនៅកម្ពុជាឈ្មោះ «នគរវត្ត» នាព.ស.២៤៨០ គ.ស.១៩៣៦។
លោក សឺន ង៉ុក ថាញ់ ជាវីរជនខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោមមួយរូប ដែលបានបន្សល់ទុកនូវស្នាដៃជួយជាតិជាច្រើនរឿង សឹងតែគ្មានវីរជនខ្មែរមួយរូបណា ដែលអាចធ្វើបានដូចជាលោកឡើយ ហើយត្រូវបានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរគ្រប់រូបកាលពីជំនាន់ នោះទទួលស្គាល់លោកថា ជាវីរបុរសខ្មែរ។ លោកជាមនុស្សដែលមានគំនិតគិតវែងឆ្ងាយ ចូលចិត្តការសិក្សា ការរៀបចំផែនការមានភាពច្បាស់លាស់ និងទទួលបានការគោរពពីប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរខ្លាំងណាស់នៅក្នុងជំនាន់នោះ។
ប្រវត្តិរូប វីរបណ្ឌិត សឺន ង៉ុកថាញ់ កើតនៅថ្ងៃចន្ទ ១៤កើត ខែមិគសិរ ឆ្នាំរកា ឯកស័ក ព.ស.២៤៥២ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី០៧ ខែធ្នូ គ.ស.១៩០៨ នៅក្នុងភូមិគគីរក្រៅ ស្រុកកំពង់ធំ ខេត្តព្រះត្រពាំង កម្ពុជាក្រោម ។ ឪពុករបស់លោកឈ្មោះ សឺន ណែវ ជាអភិបាលខេត្តព្រះត្រពាំង ម្តាយឈ្មោះ ថាច់ ធី តុប និងមានបងប្អូនប្រុសស្រីចំនួន ៧នាក់ និង ៣នាក់ទៀតជាកូនខាងម្តាយដើម។ ភរិយាឈ្មោះ ឡឹម ធី អ៊ុក (ជាកូនស្រីទី១០) ឪពុកភរិយា ឈ្មោះ ឡឹម ទន់ ជាមហាសេដ្ឋី និងម្តាយភរិយាឈ្មោះ ត្រឹង ធី ស៊ុក។ លោក សឺន ង៉ុក ថាញ់ មានកូនប្រុសស្រីចំនួន ៤នាក់ លោកបានស្លាប់នៅថ្ងៃទី០៨ ខែកក្កដា ព.ស.២៥២១ គ.ស.១៩៧៧ នៅវេលាម៉ោង ១១ និង ៤០ នាទី ក្នុងជន្មាយុ ៦៩ឆ្នាំ នៅក្នុងគុកជីវ៉ារបស់បក្សកុម្មុយនិស្តយួន។ KKC
