Funeral Service of the late Mr. Kou Thach aka Victor Virak Tang, age 82, to be held at Wat Jantarangsey, the Khmer Krom Buddhist Association in Tacoma, Washington. Mr. Thach was born in Preah Trapaing province, Kampuchea Krom.
