The Khmer Krom civic associations had to hold the 76th Annual Kampuchea Krom Commemoration: Appeal of the Khmer Kampuchea Krom for Human Rights and Development Association at the headquarters of the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Association for Human Rights and Development located at House #23, Street 313, Koak Khlieng village, Koak Khlieng commune, Sen Sok district, Phnom Penh.
