សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍របស់អង្គការ-សមាគមខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោម ចំពោះការចាប់ផ្សឹកព្រះតេជគុណ សឺន ហាយ កាលពីល្ងាចថ្ងៃទី១១ វិច្ឆិកា ព.ស.២៥៥៨ គ.ស.២០១៤ KKC condemns in strong language upon Phnom Penh City Hall authority for arresting, detaining and defrocking Ven. Son Hay on November 11, 2014. This is a serious violation of the Cambodian constitution, Article 4: Motto of Cambodia: Nation, Religion, King; Article 43: Buddhism is the religion of the State. Buddha Dhamma has 227 Vinaya (or rules) for the Buddhist monks (Especially the Bhikkhu). There are 4 rules that the Buddhist monks can be defrocked (disrobed): The 4 pārājikas and not the authority of Phnom Penh City Hall authority. Action of the Phnom Penh City Hall authority violates Buddhism and the Constitution. The Khmer Krom Coalition appeals to the Minister of Cult and Religion including the two Supreme Patriarch to intervene to re-ordain Ven. Son Hay and restore his status as a Bhikhhu in accordance to the Buddhist rules. Unofficial translation
