Political Prisoner Chao Veasna, via the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community (KKC), requests King Norodom Sihamoni for Clemency

លោក ចៅ វាសនា, អ្នកទោសនយោបាយ អតីតចៅសង្កាត់ប៉ោយប៉ែតរងទី២ (មកពីគណៈបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ) និងមានដើមកំណើតខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោម, ស្នើព្រះមហាក្សត្រលើកលែងទោសតាមរយៈសហគមន៍ខ្មែរកម្ពុជក្រោម។
Chao Veasna, former 2nd Deputy Poipet Commune Chief (CNRP), via the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community (KKC), requests King Norodom Sihamoni for Clemency (Pardon). He is a political prisoner. In his role as Second Deputy Commune Chief, he was responsible for security to monitor the laborers protesting within his domain (area of responsibility). On May 25, B.E.2559 A.D.2015, he was charged with incitement and was arrested on February 16, B.E.2561 A.D.2017 and sentenced to 5-year imprisonment. He has since served 4 yeras, 5 months and 15 days as of October 1, B.E.2564 A.D.2020.
