It is with immense regret that I learn the passing away of Mr. Tuon SON, that I had the opportunity to meet in Paris some years ago with my late father, Samdech SON Sann. My family and myself wish to convey our deep condolences and sincere sympathy on this sad occasions, with our prayers. May the Lord of all graces give him Peace and rest.
